Crafted in small batches, with 100% Australian ingredients, our 2022 EKKA award winning Chilli Jam is a crowd favourite. Blending the natural sweetness of green apples, with the slow heat of ripened chillies, it creates a bold, but balanced jam. 
 
Ingredients: Tomato, Sugar, Green Apple, Lemon Juice, Chilli
 
Have with:
Toast 
Bolognaise, chilli con carne or savoury mince - stir through mixture 
Cream cheese - mix it in to create a spread or dip 
Pasta - use as a stir through sauce
Prawns, roast pork or ham - use as a glaze
