FIG JAM

A summer seasonal classic that's only around for a few months! Our Fig Jam is deliciously sweet, but still subtle at the same time, thanks to the incredible flavours of 100% Australian fresh figs.
 
Ingredients: Fig, Sugar, Water, Lemon Juice
 
Have with:
Toast 
Scones 
Muffins
Cream cheese - mix to create a crepe filling 
Cheesecake - swirl into the mixture  
Crusty bread - spread onto crusty bread with goats cheese, prosciutto and balsamic vinegar 
Baked brie cheese 
Grilled ham & cheese sandwhich
